Before the arrest of Notorious Billionaire Kingpin, Evan, the Nigerian Police published pictures of a man based in Angola after they mistook him as Evans. They even published his pictures in Newspapers.
Apparently, he bears the same surname as the real Evans.. Evans full names are Chukwumeme Onwuamadike.According to multiple reports, the guy has been excited over the arrest of the real Evans since the news of the arrest broke.
