Militants have bombed the state government ministry of Finance in
Jalingo, Taraba state as terror campaign spreads in Nigeria's north.
Witnesses and the Nigerian Red Cross say an
explosion has struck government
buildings in Taraba state, causing injuries.
Part of Finance ministry was
blown off. Three police officers reported to have died and many injuries.
The blast happened Monday
morning at a road junction near the offices of the Taraba state governor. A
report from the Nigerian Red Cross said some people were hurt in the blast and
taken to nearby hospitals.
