Area boys harassed Woman,almost stripped naked for indecent dressing (Video & Photos) -Viewer's discretion advised

 
Area guys were pulling and trying to strip this lady naked because of her dressing. Some even spanked her, and few touched her private part. The lady that eventually gave her the red wrapper had been standing from the beginning of this video just staring at her. So ladies, please be careful what you wear.
While such an indecent dressing is not encouraged, should this kind of treatment be encouraged?
