Usher's ex wife Tameka 'demands he pay $50,000 to cover her legal fees in custody battle'

Usher and Tameka divorced in 2009

Chart-topping musician Usher's ex wife Tameka is asking her multi-millionaire ex-husband to pay '$50,000 to cover her attorney's fees' in the former couple's custody battle.
Tameka Raymond, who is seeking sole custody of the couple's two young sons, filed papers in the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia this week, asking a judge to force Usher to pay $15,000 to cover her lawyer's fees, plus an additional $35,000 for other costs, according to TMZ.
The 40-year-old stylist claims she desperately needs the money as she seeks to end the couple's current custody agreement.
It's just the latest turn in Usher and Tameka's bitter divorce drama.
In December, she demanded that her ex-husband be tested for drug use.
Tameka was said to be worried that Usher was allegedly popping pills and using possibly other, more harmful substances, around their two children, four-year-old Usher Raymond V, and three-year-old Naviviyd Eli.
