Lea Michele has posted an emotional remembrance of Cory Monteith two years after the actor's tragic overdose death.
Former Glee star Michele, 28, took to Twitter and Instagram to pay tribute to her late partner and costar, who was found dead of a heroin and alcohol overdose in a Canadian hotel room in 2013, aged 31.
'Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives everyday. We think of you always and love you so,' she wrote, adding a red heart emoji.
The contemplative image showed Monteith in silhouette, smiling as he drives into the sunset.
Fan favorites Michele and Monteith met on the set of the cult high school musical in 2009, and dated for two years.
However, the late actor lost his battle with addiction and was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room on July 13, 2013.
Michele was not the only one posting memories of her former flame to social media, with Glee fans sending #TwoYearsWithoutCory trending worldwide on Twitter.
On Sunday, Michele appeared at Comic-Con in San Diego to promote her new horror-comedy show Scream Queens.
The brunette beauty sizzled in a flirty white skirt and crop top, showing off her toned figure.
The campy sorority show is the latest project from Glee and American Horror Story showrunner Ryan Murphy, and will debut in the US on Fox this fall.
Michele plays Hester, also known as 'Neckbrace', who is a sorority pledge with scoliosis and a rival to queen bee Chanel Oberlin, played by American Horror Story actress Emma Roberts.
Since Monteith's tragic death, Michele has been leaning on boyfriend Matthew Paetz, who she met on the set of one of her music videos.
The pair now live together, and she posted a sweet message to Paetz on his birthday in May, thanking him for helping her move on after the trauma.
'Matthew, thank you for bringing such happiness into my life,” the singer wrote on social media.
'For making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day.'
