One person was killed on Wednesday when two armed men attacked the permanent site of the University of Jos in Plateau.

JTF arrests 156 Boko Haram terrorists in Mubi

 THE Joint Task Force (JTF) in Adamawa State has achieved success, as about 156 suspected members of the Boko Haram sect were arrested on Sunday night, while five women and six children were rescued from their hideout in Yelwa area, near Shagari Low Cost, in Mubi, Adamawa State.

The security agents, working on a tip-off, cordoned the area and, in an ensuing shootout, killed a member of the sect and left several others injured.
