Beto O'Rourke hits early polling place in Houston, holds mini-rally ahead of Trump's huge rally

Texas Senate hopeful Beto O'Rourke met with constituents and supporters in Central Houston Monday morning, at the the first of eight scheduled “pop-up" rallies, ahead of President Trump's mega-MAGA rally for O'Rourke's opponent Sen. Ted Cruz.
