Carlos Alfredo Vecchio, Venezuela's new Charge d'Affaires appointed by Venezuela's self-proclaimed interim president Juan Guaido, met with U.S. lawmakers on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Capitol Hill on Wednesday to lay out Guaido's agenda and said if the Nicolas Maduro tries to incarcerate Guaido 'that will be the end of this regime'.
