Kevin Hart sued by fan after being 'beaten up, threatened with tazer and branded a bitch p*ssy coward' by star's security

Kevin Hart is being sued by a fan who claims he was beaten up by his security team.

Jay Collins brought a lawsuit against the comedian over an alleged incident on August 19, 2015.

The fan claimed he was an invited VIP guest to one of Hart's shows in Philadelphia on the night in question, according to TMZ.

The suit claimed he was 'aggressively approached and detained by stadium security' - but doesn't say why.
The guards handed him over to Harts personal bodyguards, who brutally beat him, he claimed.

He accused Hart's team of threatening to tase him and then jammed the prongs of the tazer into his face, neck and back.

After that he says they threw him to the ground before striking him in the head, neck and shoulders, and kneeing him in the rib cage.

While on the way out he alleges they called him a 'bitch, p*ssy, coward.'

According to the site he is suing for 'a lot more' than $50k, claiming the Jumanji star should be held responsible for his bodyguards' actions.

Forbes revealed this month that Hart earned $32.5million this year alone.

On Wednesday night Hart shared a pic from a epic night of comedy at Radio City Music Hall.

He joined Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, Dave Chapelle, Jeff Ross and Donnell Rawlings on stage, and in an Instagram snap.

On Saturday TMZ also reported that police wanted to speak with Rawlings after he was accused of punching one of Chappelle's fans outside a hotel.
