The Lagos premiere of the romatic drama, Unguarded, took place in Lagos last Sunday (February 3, 2013) at Marco Polo Restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos. The premiere was attended by several Nollywood stars, including Desmond Elliot and Genevieve Nnaji. Also at the premiere were Emem Isong and Chisom Oz-Lee.
During the red carpet session, Michael Otanwa, a star struck fan emerged from the crowd to give star actress Genevieve Nnaji an emotional hug. Overcome with the experience of seeing Genevieve Nnaji, the young man was overcome with emotion. The actress was a good sport about it, and returned the hug, and she even posed for photographs with Michael.
Unguarded was directed by Desmond Elliot and Bethels Agomuoh. It was produced by Chisom Oz-Lee, and it stars Ramsey Nouah, Uche Jombo, Desmond Elliot, Chisom Oz-Lee, Chet Anekwe, Ebbe Bassey, and Edosa Edosomwan. It opens at cinemas in Nigeria on February 8, 2013.
