It is indeed a national disgrace to the acclaimed Giant of Africa that something like this is still happening in this 21st century in our country, yet Mr President and his co-travelers are comfortable to waste a whooping N2.2bn to build a new banquet hall, while the existing banquet hall gets huge allocations for renovation every year in the budget. The above photo captures students of Ajuwon High School, Akute, Ogun State, South-West Nigeria, taking exams in a regular secondary school class room in Nigeria.

Emeka Jr said both Onyemelukwe and Ambassodor Bianca Ojukwu were playing games with the wishes of his father.
Recall that Onyemelukwe had claimed that he sent text messages to the members of the Ojukwu family and made repeated phone calls to inform them of their father’s Will to be read on that date. However, addressing newsmen in Nnewi yesterday, Emeka Jr said: “The issue is not about struggling for property. We, his (late Ikemba’s) children are all doing well. It is about a blatant attempt to subvert the wishes of my father. It’s a matter of principle.

Unlike the popular saying that 'when two elephants fight, the grass suffers', the case is not the same with the two elephants in the contemporary Nigerian film industry called Nollywood; Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and Genevieve Nnaji as there seems to be no grass that suffers as a result of the rivalry.

Monalisa Chinda's ex-husband's estranged wife, Lamide, reveals why she packed out
I met Dejo on Facebook in 2009. In 2010 we became very close and started talking on the phone. I didn't know anything about him and in 2010 I was in Nigeria on holiday but we didn't get to meet. While in Nigeria I got to hear he was married to Monalisa Chinda. When I got back to the US I did Google his name and I saw the whole story about his marriage. At that point we were already very close and used to talk a lot. Due to the fact that we were very close, I asked him about what I read about him on the internet and he confessed that he was married and didn't talk about it because we didn't have the chance to talk. I asked him what he did wrong and why he was so violent to his wife. All these questions I asked because we were already very close and he started explaining how he met the lady in London and brought her back to Nigeria to become an actress. He stated that things started going wrong when she became a Globalcom ambassador and she started misbehaving. Infact he told me he was not legally married but they work together.

Men of God need private jets for evangelism – Pastor Victor Adeyemi
The President and Founder, Global Harvest Church, Pastor Victor Adeyemi, has dismissed the criticism trailing the acquisition of private jets by men of God in the country, saying that they need private jets for evangelism.
The cleric said this on Sunday during the first anniversary of the church in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
He said, “It is very unfortunate that the acquisition of private jets has coloured the image of the pentecostal churches. They accuse many of living lavish lifestyles and just looking for comfort at the expense of the poor congregation. For me, it is a matter of perspective. Looking at a nation like ours where there is high prevalence of poverty, you can think that way.
